Delete your Pajoox account

Use this public page to request deletion of your Pajoox account and associated data without reinstalling the app.

Request method

Account deletion requests are submitted by email to support@pajoox.com. Send the request from your Pajoox account email when possible.

Submit a request

This form opens your email app and does not send data to a server from the website. If the form does not open, email support@pajoox.com directly with the same information.

How we verify ownership

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, Pajoox may verify the request by replying to the account email, asking you to confirm from within the signed-in app, or requesting information that helps match the request to the account. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, or full payment card details.

After account ownership is verified, account access will be disabled immediately. We will process verified account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership.

What will be deleted

  • Pajoox account profile and authentication identifiers associated with the account.
  • AI Pose history, style and scene prompts, uploaded user content, and generated references associated with the account where supported by the current service.
  • App settings and saved inspiration history associated with the account.

What may be retained

  • Billing, refund, tax, anti-fraud, security, legal, audit, accounting, or dispute-resolution records that must be retained.
  • Payment, transaction, invoice, or subscription records managed by Stripe, Google Play, Apple, or another approved payment provider.
  • Support communications needed to process the request and maintain an audit trail.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies the account.

Deletable account data will be deleted or anonymized during the deletion process. Some retained records may be kept where required or permitted for billing, refunds, tax, anti-fraud, security, legal, or audit purposes.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Stripe, Google Play, Apple, or another approved payment provider. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the channel where the purchase was made. If you contact support, include the purchase channel and order or transaction ID, but do not send full payment card details.
