Using Pajoox

Pajoox helps users plan better real photos with AI-powered pose ideas, angle guidance, composition tips, and reference shots based on their scene. Pajoox provides creative guidance and planning references, not a guarantee of professional results, personal safety, or suitability for every shoot.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep account access secure and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. You can request account deletion from the Account Deletion page.

User content, guidance, and reference outputs

You keep the rights you have in photos, prompts, style descriptions, scene descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant Pajoox the permissions needed to host, process, transform, generate, display, and support outputs requested through the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload.

AI-powered guidance and reference shots may contain errors, artifacts, or unsuitable suggestions. Review guidance before relying on it and use your own judgment during any shoot.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Pajoox to create, request, store, or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass access controls for Pajoox.
• Do not share account credentials, tokens, private keys, or payment information with support or other users.

Service changes

Pajoox launches on Android first. Features, availability, pricing structure, generation limits, and platform support may change as the service evolves. iOS is planned later, and no release date is promised in these terms.

Payments and subscriptions

If paid plans, credits, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, they may be processed through Stripe, Google Play, Apple, or another approved payment provider. Web checkout requires signing in to a Pajoox account before a Stripe Checkout Session is created. Store-managed purchases, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are subject to the applicable store terms and policies. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Remaining credits will expire when the account is permanently deleted. If you need a refund, please request it through the platform or customer support before deleting your account, unless required otherwise by law or platform rules. Pricing and plan details are published on the pricing page when available.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Pajoox handles data, including account information, user content, app data, support requests, retention, and deletion.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Pajoox if needed to protect the service, users, rights holders, legal obligations, or app-store policy compliance. Users may stop using Pajoox at any time and may request account deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, Pajoox is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific creative results.
