Scope
Pajoox helps users plan better real photos with AI-powered pose ideas, angle guidance, composition tips, and reference shots based on their scene. This policy applies to the Pajoox website, Android app, account features, support requests, purchases, and related services.
Data we may collect
Account and contact information
Email address, account identifiers, display information, sign-in status, and support contact details when you create or manage a Pajoox account.
User content and creative inputs
Photos or images you choose to upload, style preferences, scene descriptions, prompts, generated pose references, and related creative history where the feature is available.
App, device, and usage information
App version, device model, operating system, language, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, and feature usage events used to operate and improve Pajoox.
Website analytics
Pajoox may collect website analytics events such as page views, referral source, language, approximate region, device or browser category, and interactions with pricing or download entry points. We do not send account emails, payment details, uploaded content, tokens, or Stripe session identifiers to Google Analytics.
Purchase and subscription information
Subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, Stripe Checkout or app-store purchase metadata, receipts, and related payment-provider records. Pajoox does not receive full payment card details from Stripe, Google Play, or Apple.
Support communications
Messages, attachments, account email, issue category, and other details you provide when contacting support or requesting account deletion.
How we use data
- Provide available photo guidance features, including pose ideas, angle guidance, composition tips, and reference shots based on user-provided scene context.
- Create, authenticate, operate, support, and secure user accounts.
- Process creative inputs and generate pose ideas, composition guidance, or other outputs requested by the user.
- Manage subscriptions, plan access, app access, and support requests.
- Debug crashes, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and understand feature performance.
- Measure website traffic and improve product pages, pricing, support, and download flows.
- Comply with applicable law, app-store policy, security needs, and enforceable requests.
Sharing and service providers
Pajoox does not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share data only as needed for the purposes below:
- Service providers that host, store, process, secure, monitor, or support Pajoox.
- Analytics providers such as Google Analytics for website traffic measurement and product experience improvement.
- AI processing providers used to generate or improve pose ideas, composition guidance, or other outputs requested by the user.
- Stripe, Google Play, Apple, or other approved payment and app-store services for purchases, subscriptions, distribution, and policy review.
- Authorities, legal advisors, or other parties when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or rights protection.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, with appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS for data transmission, access controls, and limited access for people and providers who need it to operate Pajoox. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide Pajoox, support users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and meet app-store or operational requirements. After we verify account ownership for an account deletion request, account access is disabled during a 30-day recovery period. Deletable account data will be deleted or anonymized when the deletion process is completed.
You can request account and associated data deletion from the Account Deletion page. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for billing, refunds, tax, anti-fraud, security, legal compliance, audit obligations, dispute handling, payment-provider records, or subscription management.
Your choices
You can choose what content to upload, manage app permissions through your device settings, contact support, request account deletion, and manage subscriptions through the channel where the purchase was made.
Children
Pajoox is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Pajoox, contact us so we can review the request.
